How much does it cost to incorporate an SL?
The approximate cost ranges from €800 to €1,500 (notary fees, Commercial Registry fees, and professional fees). The minimum capital requirement is €1, although we recommend at least €3,000. We can advise you on the most advantageous option for your situation.
